What is your return policy?
All items are 100% returnable provided you contact me with 7 days of receiving your item. Shipping is not refundable and you will need to ship the item back at your own expense. Once the item is received you will receive your refund.
When do you ship items?
Items paid with Paypal, cashiers check or money order are shipped next day. Items paid with personal chack are shipped 10 days after we receive the check.
Do you ship outside the United Staes
YES! We ship world wide. If your area is not on the shipping quote please ask for a quote and we will be more then willing to add tht to our list.
Can I order via email?
Yes. In fact this is a good idea if you are thinking of purchasing more then one item. I can then send a quote with combined shipping and insurance totals for you.
Will my item be insured?
Shipping quotes do not include insurance. For an additional $1.65 you can insure orders under $50.00. For ALL orders over $50.00 I automatically insure at no extra cost to you.
Can you help identify or appraise my item?
No. I am not an appraiser. I might be able to assist or send you in the right direction but without holding the item and examining it I would not want to send you incorrect information.
